Cheese Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cream
    sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Blend cheese, sugar and eggs.
    Add salt and lemon rind.
    Add milk and cream.
    Pour into pastry lined pan and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
