Cajun Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
    cooked rice
Preparation
    In large, deep\tfry
    pan
    over medium heat, melt butter and oil.
    Add
    celery, garlic, onion and bell pepper.
    Saute 4 minutes, until
    vegetables\tbegin to soften.
    Add stewed tomatoes and tomato\tsauce.\tMix well.
    Add basil, pepper, cayenne pepper and salt.
    Mix
    well.
    Over medium-high heat, simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp.
    Simmer

    to\t8 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp
    are pink and cooked thoroughly.
    Serve over white or brown rice.
