Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add milk.
Stir until smooth.
Add eggs. On hot griddle, pour 1/4 cup mixture (will be thin).
Turn once. Remove; spread with butter.
Sprinkle powdered sugar, then roll up.
You can also use jams or syrup.
