Kesling Korn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh corn
water
Preparation

Immerse corn (in shuck with silks) in water for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from water and place on preheated medium-high grill.
Turn 1/4 turn when shuck turns light brown (approximately 5 minutes, depending on grill).
Remove from grill and shuck corn (silks will just fall off with shucks).
Season to taste.
