Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked tender
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 chopped green onions
Preparation

Cut baked potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Place half in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper and crumbled bacon.
Top with half of sour cream and cheeses.
Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Top with chopped green onions.
