Basic Pasta Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
6 tsp. cold water (approximately)
Preparation

Sift together flour and salt into a large bowl.
Make a well in the center of the flour, one at a time.
Add 1 egg, mixing slightly after each additional egg.
Gradually add water a tablespoon at a time.
Mix well to make a stiff dough.
Turn dough onto a well-floured clean surface.
Knead well.
Proceed and roll out or cut for pasta recipe.
