Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can dry mustard
1 c. tarragon vinegar
6 whole eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Whisk eggs in, one at a time; whisk thoroughly. Then add sugar, butter and salt. Keep stirring, about 5 minutes. Do not overcook or eggs will curdle.
