Bean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can black beans, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can white corn, drained
2 cans Rotel, with juice
1 can roasted garlic diced tomatoes
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
6 green onions
1 bunch cilantro - leaves only
1 pkg. zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1/3 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix together and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
