Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/3 c. red wine or water
Preparation

Mix soups (don't dilute),
onion soup mix and red wine. Stir in beef cubes.
Place in an ovenproof casserole, covered, or a covered roaster.
Bake
at\t250\u00b0
for about 2 to 3 hours. Stir and serve with noodles or rice.
