Ginger Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium carrots
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Scrub carrots and slice into coins.
    Cook until tender.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add orange juice and other ingredients.
    Bring just to a boil (it thickens); mix into drained, cooked carrots.
