Ingredients

1 c. cold water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in 1 1/2-quart saucepan and stir over medium heat until mixture simmers and clears, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve warm.
Refrigerate any remaining syrup in jar. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
