Polly'S Okie Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box cornbread mix (14 to 16 oz.)
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 green onions, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; blend until smooth.
    Put in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Smooth sour cream over top carefully (add 1 tablespoon milk to spread easier).
    Sprinkle on onions, then cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool 20 minutes or more.
    Freeze if desired.
    Serves 8.
