Scalloped Corn And Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned corn
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. buttered crumbs
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. medium white sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine white sauce and egg; beat thoroughly. Add corn, sugar and green pepper. Pour into well oiled baking dish.
    Cover with crumbs. Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) until well browned. Makes 6 servings.
