Chicken And Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    4 qt. water
    salt and pepper
    dash of poultry seasoning
    several dashes celery salt
    several dashes crushed red pepper
    about 1 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1/2 tsp. vinegar (optional)
Preparation
    Boil a whole chicken in 4 quarts of seasoned water (salt and pepper).
    Remove fully cooked chicken; allow to cool, then debone. Remove approximately 2 to 3 cups of broth to make Pastry (Pastry recipe follows).
    Reserve remaining broth to cook the Pastry.
