Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. vanilla
small can coconut
Preparation

Mix dry; add wet.
Mix well.
Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes; cool.
