Marinated Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick flank steak or London broil (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    2/3 c. dry wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the wine, soy sauce and seasonings.
    Place the steak in a long
    glass
    baking
    dish and pour the marinade over the meat.
    Cover and
    chill
    at
    least
    12
    to
    18 hours, turning meat once or twice.
