Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 large onions, chopped finely
    1/2 + stick margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet and saute onions in same.
    In a large mixer bowl combine eggs, Bisquick, cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar.
    Beat on medium until very well mixed.
    Add onions and beat until well blended.
    Pam mini-muffin tins.
    Fill about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
