Fresh Apple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cake flour
3 c. chopped apples, peeled
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat sugar and oil together; sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture, alternating with eggs, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and fold in nuts and apples; pour into greased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Batter will be thick.
