Green Onion-Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium potatoes
1 bunch sliced green onions (with tops)
1 pt. half and half
1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large saucepan cover diced potatoes and green onions with water.
Cook until tender.
Turn heat down low.
Add half and half and butter.
Add instant potatoes to thicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook just until thoroughly heated.
