Lamb Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lamb
    1 small diced onion
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 slices bread, diced
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sherry
    salt
    cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    sherry
Preparation
    Mix the first seven ingredients together and make small balls. Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Combine milk and brown sugar; pour over meatballs.
    Add sherry until almost covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can make and refrigerate the day before.
