Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 green hot peppers, chopped
    1 can regular size cream-style corn
    1 large chopped onion
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and bake in oven at 475\u00b0 until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
    This makes 1 dozen muffins.
