Cindy'S Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients (except cheese).
    Smooth out into a greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove and sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven and melt cheese.
    Fills 7 x 11-inch pan.
