Stir-Fry Chicken In Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 small head cabbage
    salad oil
    4 medium green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 (6-inch) pita bread
    8 small lettuce leaves
    2 to 3 carrots
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/8-inch slices. Cut each slice crosswise into matchstick thin strips. Combine chicken and next 6 ingredients. Set aside. Core cabbage and thinly slice to make about 5 cups.
    Cut green onions crosswise into 3-inch long pieces. Cut carrots into matchstick thin strips.
