Light Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion, browned
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. water
    1 large potato, cubed
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 lb. fish (cod), cubed
    2 c. 2% milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour for thickening at last
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender in water.
    Stir in fish and milk; cook until fish is opaque.
    Add flour for thickening at last.
