Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 level c. flour, sifted 4 times
    2 level tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. granulated sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs several minutes.
    Add sugar.
    Sift flour 4 times. Add baking powder and salt with last sift.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in hot milk.
    Mix into batter.
    Bake in a cold oven, then at 350\u00b0 until done.
