Mom'S Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1 c. onion, diced and sauteed
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced and sauteed
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, diced and sauteed
    16 oz. can tomato puree
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of pepper, basil and oregano
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter; drain.
    Add to browned ground beef.
    Add spices.
    Add tomato puree and simmer over low heat one hour.
    Cook and drain spaghetti. Blend meat sauce with spaghetti.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter and cook until tastes blend, approximately 20 minutes.
    Great the next day. Serve with Parmesan.
