Scalloped Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/3 c. hot style catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine vegetables; carefully stir in chicken.
In saucepan, combine flour, salt and dash of pepper.
Blend in milk.
Stir in catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir into vegetable mixture.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 until potatoes are tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
