Savory Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large loin pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    oil
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    green onion
Preparation
    Mix flour, seasoned salt, pepper and mustard.
    Coat chops on both sides with mixture.
    Heat a little oil in medium skillet with cover.
    Brown chops well on both sides over medium heat.
    Pour off any excess fat.
    Mix water, soy sauce, ketchup and marmalade. Pour over chops.
    Cover.
    Cook slowly for 20 minutes or until chops are tender, turning once.
    Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
    Recipe may be halved or doubled.
    Good served with parslied potatoes and steamed broccoli.
    Preparation: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
