Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. French green beans
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix crumbs with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Melt remaining butter with flour and seasonings.
    Add sour cream and blend.
    Heat until thickened.
    Fold in green beans.
    Pour into greased casserole (1 1/2-quart).
    Top with cheese, then bread crumbs and butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
