Shoestring Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in shoestring strips
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese
    dots of oleo
    1/2 c. canned milk
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Layer in casserole the first 4 ingredients.
    Pour the milk over and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover the last 20 minutes.
