Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. Old El Paso taco mix
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 cans enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain; add taco mix and 3/4 cup water and simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put enchilada sauce in pan and heat; set aside.
    Shred cheeses and set aside.
