Pineapple Rice Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. long grain rice
salt
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
18 eggs
2 cans crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook rice with salt.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into 3 greased aluminum pans (small square ones).
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until centers are set.
