Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Separate large cabbage leaves and wilt with boiling water.
    Spread 2 tablespoons of meat mixture on each leaf.
    Roll up, tucking in sides of leaf and pin with toothpicks.
    Place in large pot with one cup of water.
    Pour the following over cabbage rolls: 1 can tomatoes (large) and 1 can of tomato sauce.
    Cook slowly, about an hour.
