Spinach Pie(Spanakopita) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box filo pastry
    2 boxes frozen spinach
    1 chopped onion
    12 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chopped dill
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. olive oil
    olive oil for assembling pie
Preparation
    Wash spinach; cut off stems.
    Boil 5 minutes, drain and squeeze out water.
    Saute onion in olive oil, then add oil and onion to spinach, parsley, dill, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Cool and add eggs, Feta, Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese. Mix evenly.
