Fish And Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Fold enough fish pieces into batter bowl at once for one frying.
    Deep fry in Crisco at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Serve with lemon or tartar sauce.
