Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chopped carrots
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped stalk celery
1 chopped small onion
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all vegetables in a bowl and mix well.
Stir in softened cream cheese and add enough mayonnaise to make of spreading consistency.
Stir in salt to taste.
If desired, add a little horseradish.
