Overnight Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. melted shortening
2 eggs
about 10 c. flour
Preparation

Start about 5 p.m.
Dissolve sugar in warm water.
When cool, add yeast and stir.
Add salt and beaten egg, then 5 cups flour and beat well.
Next add shortening and knead in other 5 cups of water.
Cover pan with foil and put in warm place.
Knead down every hour.
Put in pans at 10 p.m.
Cover with cloth and plastic. Bake the next morning at 8 a.m. at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
