Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    1/4 c. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. lard
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda and lard.
    Cover and store in the refrigerator. Keeps for 1 month.
    Makes 10 cups.
    When needed, mix a batch with 1/2 cup milk and 2 cups mix and bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
