Sweet And Sour Pork(Microwave Main Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium thin sliced carrots
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2 medium sliced green peppers
    1 medium sliced onion
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 (16 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Place carrots and oil in 3-quart microwave casserole; stir to coat.
    Cover and place in oven (cook on High 4 minutes).
    Add pork green pepper and onion.
    Mix lightly.
    Cover.
    (Cook on High 5 minutes.)
    Dissolve cornstarch in reserved pineapple juice. Stir in remaining ingredients except pineapple.
    Cover; cook (50) for 15 minutes.
    Stir; cover and cook (50) for 15 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
