Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
food coloring
peppermint flavoring
Preparation

Knead sugar and cream cheese. Add just a dab of food coloring, not too much.
Add flavoring.
Coat inside of mold with sugar. Press dough into mold.
Press out.
Makes 75 to 100 mints.
