Pineapple Au Gratin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple chunks (reserve 2 Tbsp. juice)
    1 c. finely grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    crushed ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, reserved juice and cheese.
    Mix flour and sugar and stir into pineapple.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with crushed ritz crackers.
    Melt butter and drizzle over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
