Steak Tartare - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top round ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 can anchovies
    Worcestershire sauce
    buttered bread
    parsley
Preparation
    Make a paste of mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Chop 1/2 can of the anchovies.
    Mix paste, anchovies and all other ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape into loaf on a platter and place remaining anchovy fillets on top.
    Decorate with lots of parsley.
    Serve with lots of buttered bread.
    Serves 4.
