Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 well beaten egg
1/3 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation

Toss blueberries lightly with 2 tablespoons sugar; set aside. Mix remaining dry ingredients in bowl; make well in center. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly only till dry ingredients are moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
