Seafoam Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, brown sugar, salt and water in double boiler; beat over boiling water for 7 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Beat 1 more minute.
    Frost cake immediately.
