Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. frozen peas, defrosted
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    seasoned salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High until butter is melted.
    Stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Add chicken broth and milk, beating with wire whip.
    Microwave 6 to 7 minutes on 8 or until thick, stirring after 4 minutes and again when thick.
