Tomato And Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 small zucchini, finely diced
4 c. tomato juice
1 can chicken broth
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. chopped parsley
lime or lemon slices (optional)
Preparation

Saute onion in oil in a large saucepan.
Stir in zucchini; saute for about 2 minutes.
Add tomato juice, chicken broth, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and sugar; heat until boils.
Cover and simmer.
