Roquefort Pecan Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
20 crackers or toast rounds (Melba toast)
Preparation

Microwave cheese, uncovered, at Low for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until soft.
Blend in Roquefort and 1/2 the chopped nuts (1/4 cup), Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and paprika.
Combine thoroughly.
