Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Thaw out potatoes; mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with crushed corn flakes and butter mixed. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
