Sauerkraut And Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 c. water
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    5 strips bacon
    small jar pimento
    meat (pork chops, Polish and smoked sausage)
Preparation
    Cook bacon until brown, drain.
    Saute onion in bacon drippings.
    Add kraut and bacon mix. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Heat water, dissolve sugar, bouillon and caraway seed.
    Pour over kraut.
    Add meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
