Oven Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes in 1-inch squares.
    Place in roasting pan with oil and spices; mix well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
